Visa requirements

There is a limit on the number of daily services to visas and to passports. Currently, the Consulate General has the capacity to process up to 15 applications, which are made in the same booth.

The Consulate General's office hours to the public is from 8 am to 2 pm, but we suggest you to arrive early; after the number of vacancies is reached, the applicant must return another day for the visa application.

Upon arriving at the Consulate General, go directly to desk # 3, give your name and wait in the hall your turn to be called. It is not necessary to draw a service ticket number.

To collect your visa: from 12 to 2 pm. You will need to draw a service ticket number for this.
